Travel expenses

A fee of 50p a mile to and from the location outside a 20-mile radius of Surrey KT19. Where travel expenses are incurred for travel by car to locations where the services are to be provided within the London Congestion Charge Zone, at times when the Charge is in operation, the London Congestion Charge fee will be added to the Fee.

Trials Info

A trial is recommended 6 to 12 months before the wedding day, this will include testing for any sensitivity to the makeup and hair products. Everything that’s agreed during the trial and the products chosen are documented and photos are taken of your stunning finished look. You can then take comfort in the fact that you’ll look incredible on the day itself. Trials are carried out at my studio 100 Drummond Rd, London SE16 4DG or at the bride’s address for an additional travel cost. The maximum time spent on any one trial is 2.5 hours for a makeup or hair booking or 4.5 hours for a makeup and hair booking. Any additional time required for trial sessions will have to be booked as a repeat trial. If a second makeup and/or hair trial is requested the same fee applies as for the first trial. Trial sessions can also be arranged for mothers-of-the-bride/groom and any other members of the bridal party upon request.

Deposits

Your Wedding date will only be reserved after your deposit has been paid. A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and a £50 non-refundable deposit per amount of people agreed on the quote. This is deducted from your final balance for the wedding day. The payment for the day has to be paid at least one week before the wedding.

Individual Lashes

Individual lashes: individual lash application is included in the price for the makeup service, there is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.

Makeup/Hairstyling services for younger members of the Party

Makeup services for members of the Party who are up to 12 years old are complimentary. This will only include lip gloss, blusher, and shimmery eyeshadow application. If a more complete makeup service is required, the full bridesmaid’s price will apply. Hairstyling services for members of the Party who are up to 10 years old are complimentary. This will only include plaits or loose waves with a plait – up to 15 minutes of hairstyling per Party member.

Expenses for bookings outside of the UK

For bookings outside of the UK, additional fees will be charged for accommodation, trains, or flights at the most cost-effective option. This will be discussed and agreed with the client during the booking process.
